That's a "Vote Blue No Matter Who" sticker that's been rather half-assedly torn off the bumper.
Perhaps they're having some regrets over voting for the Biden Administration.
After all we now have:
- A lack of deterrence leading to a war in Europe;
- Gas prices rising;
-Diesel fuel shortages;
- Inflation Out of Control;
- Government spending out of control;
- A new agency designed to go against "disinformation" meaning against anyone dissenting from the government's line;
- Baby formula free for illegals but not available to purchase for Americans; and
-And don't forget a President with pretty clear signs of dementia and a Vice President that also struggles to do more than emit a mish-mash of veep thoughts.
Heck, I'd be regretting "Voting Blue No Matter Who" by now had I done so as well, but I would have actually taken the time and basic effort to remove the whole sticker.

Contrarianism thought. Half removed sticker might be deliberate. Speaks to a fundamental change in a point of view.
No single leader could be this inept.
No entire administration could be this inept.
This is all being done on purpose.
If they were openly trying to destroy America, what would they be doing differently.
These are people that would rather burn everything down rather than see a guy like President Trump have power and success.

Matthew W: Sometimes it may very well be malice over stupidity and incompetencem but with this administration it's really hard to tell.
I think much of it is due to their blindness by their ideology, combined with their desire to feather their own nests, along with their abject incompetence and their complete denial of reality it is creating a massive mess.
