Two-Tier DUI Justice In Arlington Virginia

If you're an American in Arlington Virginia, expect to get the full-on punishment and record for driving under the influence, which after all you should because you should not be drunk driving.

But, If you're an illegal under DACA driving under the influence, expect to get a lesser punishment and more favorable treatment to protect you from deportation.

 It has been revealed that the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the County of Arlington in Virginia testified over the summer that her office has a DUI policy that pertains only to DACA recipients. Commonwealth’s Attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti had been subjected to a closed-door deposition in July, and the transcript for the hearing was released on Monday.

That gets the DUI off their record - which gives them a nice privilege that Americans do not get. 

 

The other "feature" of such a program is if they get caught a second time its still a first conviction, and not a DUI second conviction, which typically has a higher punishment than being caught only once - assumign they don;t dicvert it yet again.

 

Got to wonder how many other blue counties have these kind of special programs that put illegals ahead of Americans and give them ore favorable status.

Gun Controller Advocates' Projection

Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax was touted as  a "Gun Safety Champion" and feted by Giffords.   Gun Safety Champion is gun control advocate speak for Gun Banner.

He was the decisive vote for Virginia's Red Flag Law, a law that was touted as reducing violence with firearms by confiscating them from those suspected of potentially being a danger to themselves or others with them - a with a lack of proper due process to boot.

In short, he was a major advocate for gun bans under the guise of gun control.

And he just shot and murdered his wife before killing himself.

If his murder of his wife wasn't such a stupid and unforgivable criminal waste, one might almost be amused at the irony of his actions. 

Gun banners once again projecting their own homicidal violence onto the law abiding rest of us.

One should note that all of the laws that  Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax passed, every single one of them, did nothing to stop him from murdering his wife and then offing himself.

Before he was released yet again to stab Stephanie Minter to death in Virginia.

Because Virginia is not just soft on crime, but it also doesn't turn over illegal criminals to ICE even when there was already an order issued for their removal from the country . . . in 2020.

So, how much longer will people put up with sanctuary states and cities letting illegal criminals keep going free until they kill someone? 

Virginia under Dem Gov Spanberger is doubling down on the policy, and Democrat Congress-critters have already demonstrated that they do not support American Citizens over illegal alien criminals.

AWFULs, while supporting such sanctuary state and city policies, are very much in the pool of victims from the failure to deport criminals under these  polices they support. 

Must be something about AWFULs and not understanding the concept of consequences from the support of these virtue-signalling policies.

The Democrats Have Made Their Choices, Let Them Live With Them

The selections were all in blue strongholds, and Democrats made their choices.

In New York City the Democrats had a choice of Democrat-authoritarian Cuomo and a Democrat-Islamo-Socialist Mamdani, and they went for Mamdani for Mayor.  After all it was an easy sell when even as he's never held a managerial position ever he offerered free stuff and socialism as the panacea for NYC.  Not a particularly great choice either way, but that is the Democrat bench right now.

I guess if Democratic Socialists figure if they can make it there, they can make it anywhere.

But, given how the DSA's version of socialism has so far failed everywhere it has ever been tried, leading to financial ruin and social harm, I'd bet against them succeeding in New York City, too.

Good luck NYC, you're going to need it as you're about to get what you asked for, good and hard.  

California voted to gerrymander the Republicans out of existence in their state.  I guess as a result they won't have the Republicans to blame for the state of their state but will still blame them anyways.

Meanwhile, in Virginia, the NAACP endorsed a white woman over an African American woman, not that there's anything wrong with that.

More importantly, the Democrat voters of Virginia put into office as Attorney General a candidate who advocated and fantasized about shooting his opponent and the deaths of his opponent's family.

The next time a Democrat prattles on about "stochastic terrorism" tell them to text someone who cares, as they surely do not. At least, they do not so long as the stochastic terrorist is a Democrat. 

Susanna Gibson Really Shouldn't Complain

After all, she published the videos herself on a public website, in exchange for money either from viewers or the site, so the videos being brought to the general public's attention - not leaked - is neither a case of a leaked private video nor of revenge porn or anything else.  She voluntarily published them out there herself.  As such her claims and the media's false reporting that this is a case of revenge porn or illicit publication rings rather hollow.

However, as a Democrat she really should use this as part of her campaign.

After all, she has now convincingly demonstrated, on video no less, that she already has the ability to screw people at the retail level, and now running for office, she can campaign that she is simply stepping up to do it wholesale.

If You’re Going To Run A False-Flag Op, At Least Put Some Effort Into It

You've likely heard the curious tale of some folks dressed up as white-supremacist Trump supporters, complete with Tiki Torches and MAGA hats showing up to claim their support for the Youngkin gubernatorial campaign in Virginia.

Apparently finding five actual white supremacists in Virginia is kinda hard (I mean getting them out of their parents' basements and into the light of day is typically rather difficult), so they had to settle for 4 white guys and a black dude.

Since said black dude is unlikely to be, pace Dave Chappelle, a Black Klansman, something was kinda fishy from the start.

Even better, it has been alleged that a couple of the white participants have been identified as a high up members of the Virginia Young Democrats. The Lincoln Project has since taken responsibility for the smear attempt.  In short, it appears that in Virginia you really do need to go to the Democrats to find some people willing to dress up as white supremacist types.

Why exactly the Lincoln Project, allegedly just a bunch of "Never Trump Republicans" but otherwise alleging to be Republicans, seem to be fully in the tank for Democrats,  when they are not otherwise engaged in acts of pederasty that is, remains unanswered. But, it's likely all about the money.

Today's stupid criminal demonstrates what not to do when he decided to attempt to resist arrest by shooting at police.  Our stupid criminal of the day, Coleman Lamar Sample, managed to remove himself as a sample of the human race and from the gene pool all by himself.

Yet another example of where resisting arrest never leads to anything good.

Nothing of value was lost.   Not sure if BLM will be protesting this own goal.

VA Dems Jumped The Gun With Their Confiscation Legislation

Silly Democrats, don't you know you're supposed to push for registration first, then confiscation?

Instead, the newly Democratic controlled Virginia government got it backwards and thought they had the power and could skip Step 1 and go straight to Step 2.

They began their legislative session with a bang, by rolling out gun confiscation legislation. The legislation promptly got rolled back when the reality of what door-to-door confiscation of "assault weapons" would look like. This also led to one particularly bright Democrat representative threatening to send out the Virginia National Guard to assist in the confiscation.

This led to lots of push-back, with the VANG politely saying in not so many words to leave them the heck out of it.

So now, the Virginia state government which is completely Democrat dominated, is magnanimously backing away from immediate confiscation, proposing instead that "assault weapons" would be banned but those who have them would be grandfathered in for possession so long as they're registered.

So, after first threatening to confiscate people's firearms, they now think people will comply and register their firearms with the very same government that had until oh so recently been threatening to confiscate them including loosing the military to seize them?

They actually think people will now register them so the government will know in the future who has them in order to confiscate them more efficiently, which they just stated they would do?

Good luck with compliance with that law, especially since you let the mask slip and let everyone know exactly what you will do with the registration list once you have it and feel the time is right to move forward again with confiscation.

Also, good luck for any Democrat politician in the future proposing "common-sense" legislation like registration by claiming they have no intention of ever confiscating or banning such registered firearms.

One also hopes that gun owners in VA just got a wake-up call and will vote to protect their rights accordingly in the next election.
