Friend of Mine Just Recovered From Corona

After 8 days at home, he's fine.

He was turned away from the hospital and they refused to test him, just told him "Yeah, you got it, but not that bad, go treat it at home."

He had been turned away form urgent care as being sick with it and was told to go to the hospital before the hospital turned him away as not worth admitting.

So, will he be counted as one of those in Michigan with it and recovered in Michigan?

Makes six friends I know who've had it and recovered so far.

How sick did he get?

Seems a lot of people have had the weird low-grade fever chunky lung and balance problem thingy that didn't meet the criteria for either seasonal flu, before the Corona virus supposedly hit our shores. Sick for 2-3 even up to 6 weeks, but didn't meet criteria...

He had a decent case of it. This is how he describes it:

"They refused to test me. Doctors at the hospital said I definitely had Covid19, but was too healthy (no underlying conditions) to waste a test on."

"Started with loss of smell/taste. From there it progresses to a fever and lack of appetite. Total loss of energy to a point that I couldn’t leave the bed except to dizzily walk 4 steps to the bathroom a couple times per day. I lost 14 pounds in 6 days and as cool as that sounds it wrecked my body."

Dude started out thin as a rake, so his losing 14 pounds is a big deal. Luckily he started out healthy and is fever free and on the mend now.

Hey Aaron;

Friend of mine from Highschool, former Army Ranger in good health is being weaned off a ventilator from "Kung-Flu". he is on the mend. which is good. Things will get better....except in those major democrat controlled cities...it seemed to be petri dishes with them....
