There were a number of military trainers on static display. In fact almost all US Military trainers had a specimen on the ramp.

There was also a pair of Royal Canadian Air Force Alpha Jet trainers on display.

I think that the first airplane is a NAF N3N, not a Stearman. The easiest way to tell them apart is that the N3N has four ailerons, versus two for the Stearman. So look for the aileron interconnect tube on the N3N
