One, he's an anti-gun journalist lapdog serving the cause in the land of an anti-gun administration.
Two, as Legal Insurrection points out, he's connected to the DC special people, including DC's Attorney General.
Three, as noted by Say Uncle, under this regime, laws are for the little people.
