Since September 25, my Sitemeter seems to have given up the visitor counting game.
It is showing no visitors, even as both Blogger is recording visits and people are leaving comments, so it is not just that y'all are no longer visiting the blog.
Anybody else having or had this problem and any idea on fixing it?

Have you checked your blog's HTML to make sure that the Sitemeter code is still there?
Yep, the code is still there.
It read (with the < replaced with [ ):
[!-- Site Meter XHTML Strict 1.0 --]
[script src="http://sm1.sitemeter.com/js/counter.js?site=sm1shekel" type="text/javascript"]
[/!script]
[!-- Copyright (c)2006 Site Meter --]
It looks older than the current code so I just replaced it with the new code from their management page but still the same result.
So far no issues with mine (knock on wood). Dang, I just jinxed myself didn't I?
That looks like it runs the script on the client. I can tell you that I block most scripts on my browser (Firefox + NoScript), so any time I have touched your site, it probably didn't register.
Not that everyone does that, but it would explain some of it.
I took mine off because it didn't seem to be recording properly.
Yep, mine is still in limbo not recording squat. I think I may try a reset and reinstall.
Scott: true, but no way that suddenly everyone in the past two weeks is running noscript. The thing is not working and Sitemeter is not answering my inquiry about it.
I can't even sign up for an account at sitemeter anymore. Will seek alternatives I guess.
