Not Sure The Democrats Thought About That Optic For The SOTU Rebuttal

Having a Kennedy speechifying in front of a rebuilt car.

I don't know about you, but the association of Kennedys and cars cause a recollection of a rather checkered history of #metoo incidents.

Then again, Democrat policies are rather like car wrecks . . .

"We choose an economy strong enough to boast record stock prices AND brave enough to admit that top CEOs making 300 times the average worker is not right....
We choose the thousands of American communities whose roads aren’t paved with power or privilege, but with honest effort, good faith, and the resolve..."

The Center for Responsive Politics, meanwhile, estimated Joe’s net worth at being closer to $43.2 million. Others place as high as $150M because he buried wealth in "family" trusts so it would not be counted.

Ah, Mr Kennedy: Your road WAS and IS paved with power, wealth and privilege. And you did not even blush as you mouthed those words.

Although I understand that this particular Joe Kennedy is close enough to decent to suspect the Kennedy has been bred out, choosing 1) a Kennedy male in the era f #metoo, 2) a male from a wealthy and privileged dynasty, and 3) positioning him in front of a car equal something in the range of dumb to incredibly stupid.

I'm just hoping that this obliviousness will lead to Nancy Pelosi and fellow criminals having a reason for the faces of misery they showed last night.

Hey Aaron;

And they had Joe Kennedy in front of a car...? Really?

Joe Mama: Yes, choosing their whitest and potentially wealthiest representative to take center stage to proclaim how the Democrats were all for minorities and the poor was a brilliant move.

PH: Yes they really did not stop and think about the cognitive dissonance caused by having a rich white Kennedy in front of a car being rebuilt now did they?

MrGarabaldi: Yes, yes they did. And, it was a car being rebuilt no less.
