Singapore Air Force Museum - Part 1

Taking a long bus ride, John and I arrived at the Singapore Air Force Museum, located beside the Paya Lebar Air Base.

the first thing you'll see outside the building is the E2C:

The USN BU No is still on the aircraft:

Then after looking around the E2C, there were multiple aircraft from Singapore's Air Force's History mounted on pylons outside, or hanging from the building.

Singapore A4S Skyhawk:

Hawker Hunter: A 1950's jet arriving in Singapore in the early 70s.

A SIAI-Marchetti SF.260 Prop trainer:

SIAI-Marchetti S.211 jet trainer:

And two helicopters:

Without having entered the museum you already get a flavor of the Singapore Air Force's history from its beginnings in 1968.

Then we headed inside.
