Today is as good a day for a birthday as any other, and perhaps better than most, as after all, this one is mine. 

In addition 78 years ago, the day started off with a bang that brought World War 2 to a close.

A fellow at Jitsu yesterday was pontificating on healthy living and said we should take care and maintain our bodies as if they were the only car we ever got to own.

I said: "Gee thanks, I must be tooling around in a classic then".

At least that got a few laughs.
