When You have To Call In For Support From The SCOAMF

Things may not be going as well for the Abdul El-Sayed Campaign for Senate as the Democrats and Media would have you believe.

JI:  Obama to campaign with Abdul El-Sayed at rally with Michigan Dems

The Democrats are pulling out the star power in Obama to shore up El Sayed's campoaign.

Part of this is due to El Sayed having a less than enthusiastic reception among Michigan Blacks. Michigan Blacks are the Democrats core constituency, so this is a problem.

Part of the reason for this less than enthusiastic reception is the rather well-known animus that Arabs in the area have for Blacks, which a few days ago made headlines:

The Midwesterner: Detroit car crash sparks tensions between Black and Arab communities as Abdul El-Sayed straddles divide

Tensions between Detroit’s Black and Arab communities are on edge after a mob of Arab men harassed a Black woman following a car crash earlier this month.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Paul Street and the Southfield Freeway, where an Arab woman reportedly ran a red light and hit a vehicle driven by a Black woman on Sept. 15, WJBK reported.

Following the collision, a mob of Muslim men descended on the scene, where they pushed the Arab woman’s vehicle away and looted the Black woman’s totaled vehicle, allegedly stealing her purse and yelling racial slurs as a Black man attempted to intervene, according to video posted online.

Two major parts of the Democrat "Big Tent" (in reality a squabbling mass of competing and contradictory interests) are having a tiff at a most inopportune time for El Sayed.

Indeed large portions of his part of the tent tends to refer to that other portion as Abeed, so there's that.

So, El Sayed is bringing in the Lightbringer to try and get the Blacks to forget last month, and all history and problems before, and vote Blue No Matter Who.

We will see if it works.

The Lightbringer's candle seems to be flickering. One can hope it is soon extinguished.
