The illegal alien, Abdul Jalloh, that is the center of this story was arrested not once, not twice, not three times, but THIRTY times.
Before he was released yet again to stab Stephanie Minter to death in Virginia.
Because Virginia is not just soft on crime, but it also doesn't turn over illegal criminals to ICE even when there was already an order issued for their removal from the country . . . in 2020.
NBC 4: How Fairfax County bus stop stabbing suspect avoided jail and deportation
So, how much longer will people put up with sanctuary states and cities letting illegal criminals keep going free until they kill someone?
Virginia under Dem Gov Spanberger is doubling down on the policy, and Democrat Congress-critters have already demonstrated that they do not support American Citizens over illegal alien criminals.
AWFULs, while supporting such sanctuary state and city policies, are very much in the pool of victims from the failure to deport criminals under these polices they support.
Must be something about AWFULs and not understanding the concept of consequences from the support of these virtue-signalling policies.

Is there any way that a person who loses their loved one due to the government letting them out of jail despite a deportation order can sue, heck, anyone? I know that it is unlikely that they could prevail, but the threat of the bad publicity for an elected official would be worth the attempt.
Pigpemn51: Unfortunately with both prosecutorial and judicial discretion and effective immunity it is well-nigh impossible to succeed in such a case.
Short of voting the b@stards out, and filing a complaint to the attorney grievance commission and the judicial tenure commissions -- which likely won't sanction them for wrong doing unless its really incredibly blatant, there's not much that can be done.
