It turns out it was indeed a single murderer a-hole and they was plenty of false reports of shots and of multiple killers when there were not
The killer was a 43 year old Black male, not apparently a student nor an employee of the University.
This is curious as they also claim they don't know his identity So how do they actually know he was not a student nor an employee?.
No motive yet, victims not identified and unknown if they were students or at some event on campus or what.

The narrative, given the nature of the shooter, has of course quickly and immediately set on gun control and not on the characteristics of the shooter as it would have otherwise.

Just like clockwork, the Democrats immediately call for gun control and propose lots of new laws that would more likely than not have prevented this attack nor are they waiting for the facts to come out and even attempt to craft a law that would be targeted solely at potential mass killers.

You know that the Donks are infamous for "not letting a "Crisis Go To Waste".. They sure ain't gonna talk about the shooter....he ain't a white dude.
Lessee: 43 year-old black dude at a resident's hall at 8:00 PM.
Maybe making deliveries?

Pure speculation on my part, but 43 year-old men in mid-evening are rare birds in college resident halls.
Other speculation: The 43 y-o was known to law enforcement. Probably had mental/emotional health history. May have been a felon and not in legal possession of a handgun.
What would barely raise an eyebrow in South Chicago goes nuclear when it happens in a place we assumed was safe because...well there are signs on the buildings that say that guns are not allowed.
We will never know if the speculation written above is true because the media will not report anything that does not fit the narrative.

Eaton Rapids Joe: Yep, likelihood of it being a drug deal gone wrong, or just an a-hole on campus doing crime in a victim rich zone which escalated are the two most likely ways to bet. Male is indeed known to law enforcement and is a convicted felon and thus was not in legal possession at all.
It gets better. Ingham county prosecuting Attorney DROPPED felony carrying a gun without a permit charge against this guy.
He should be a convivted felon & not allowed to own a gun. But Democrat activist Prosecuter lets him go.
