We would spend a lot of weeks on the lake during the summers, in my school years. I also remember smelt dipping on Marblehead creek, but not for years. <br />Have a great summer. But after the two weeks are done, it is time for fall again.pigpen51https://www.blogger.com/profile/01036907880805485560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5924544.post-15034732465863258542018-05-03T08:48:23.609-04:002018-05-03T08:48:23.609-04:00Here in the U.P. the nights are still in the high ...Here in the U.P. the nights are still in the high 30's to low 40's. I remember fishing for salmon in the White river in Hesperia, during deer season in the second half of November, in high school, couldn't afford waders, so it was blue jeans and tennis shoes for me and my twin brother. That was COLD. I also remember deer hunting at the age of about 16pigpen51https://www.blogger.com/profile/01036907880805485560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5924544.post-64171598595051174532018-05-01T21:41:33.013-04:002018-05-01T21:41:33.013-04:00BWAAHHHHHAAAA... Had friends in Benton Harbor, and when we'd get 6"~8" of snow they'd get 18"~24".drjimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05647484115197408897noreply@blogger.com
